Capital One Center’s second annual Celebration of the Arts is an outdoor festival taking place September 19 and 20.
Presented with Tephra Institute of Contemporary Art (Tephra ICA) and Capital One Arts, this experience transforms Capital One Center into an open-air celebration of visual art, music, food, and community. The festival invites the public to engage with hands-on workshops, immersive art activations, live performances, and culinary offerings from the region’s most exciting creators.
