Join us for a special closing celebration of Janet Loren Hill | Andrew Casto featuring hands-on artmaking and ice cream from Jubilee Ice Cream.
Visitors can contribute to a collective sculptural vessel inspired by Andrew Casto's ceramic practice and create their own character banners drawn from Janet Loren Hill's imaginative cast of creatures, including the Chattering Teeth and Hammerheads. Throughout the event, these collaborative works will remain on view in the gallery, evolving into a collective installation over the course of the day.
Ice cream from Jubilee Ice Cream will be available as part of the celebration, inspired by the playful forms and sculptural vessels found throughout Casto's work.
