About the Artist
My jewelry is crafted using a variety of traditional and old-world metalsmithing techniques, with an emphasis on lost-wax casting. I consider myself a small-scale sculptor who plays with texture and line inspired by nature and antiquity. My goal is to balance raw qualities and sophisticated charm, with each piece embracing its beauty, never presenting a machine-made aesthetic. This can be seen through the delicate surface texturing on each piece as well as the intentional imperfections. I create for the woman desiring everyday luxury and versatility, who also values jewelry with distinctive qualities and handcrafted beauty. Creating heirloom quality jewelry is important to me, therefore I choose to work exclusively in solid 18K gold not only due to its luster & beauty, but its high quality.
