About the Artist
I have been working with glass for over 40 years. Glass is a medium that you can make many different pieces of art. Blowing, Fusing, Stained, Mosaic, cold worked, and torch worked. I have like cold working and fusing. With Fused glass, there are many techniques you can do. I choose the work with paint and frit (crushed glass). I create my own colors using paints and powdered frit. This takes a lot of time and many hours of kiln firing. I find it enjoyable seeing the end result. Each piece is unique and one of a kind. Lives and works in Ada, MI.
