About the Artist
I've always been drawn by mid-century modern architecture, graphic design with repeating patterns, and beautiful functional forms. My vessels are crafted from stoneware, primarily using a pottery wheel or slab construction. I enjoy shaping the clay with deliberate angles, then highlighting them with bold glazes separated by raw clay lines. This technique encourages a tactile experience between the piece and its admirer. My work reflects my personal style and intent, designed as striking art pieces that elevate any space while remaining practical and cherished by those who appreciate thoughtful design.
