About the Artist

I employ the classic impasto technique of laying thick strokes of oil paint with a palette knife onto wood panels, creating textural depictions of beautiful elements in nature such as trees, flowers, and landscapes. Through whimsical color schemes and uncommon perspectives, I construct extraordinarily unique, abstract worlds that seem to jump off the picture plane.
