About the Artist
Trees are magnificent, often living beyond several human lifetimes. When a tree dies, its inherent natural beauty, its life-filled timber, can be an ongoing voice. I believe in the illimitable positive potential within each of us and focus my studies in worldwide multicultural wisdom, ancient and contemporary. This, along with my love of nature inspires my imagination to explore and evolve elegant forms intended to engage and uplift our spirits. With calm concentration, I patiently sculpt my body of work on the lathe with trained attention to form and detail.
