About the Artist
I am a potter who creates wheel thrown vessels. I create functional vessels that are glazed such as mugs, casserole dishes, teapots, platters, bowls, etc. These are dishwasher safe and microwave oven safe. I also create vessels using primitive firing technique called "Pit Firing". These pieces, unlike functional vessels, don't have glaze on them and will not hold water. They have organic feel about them and for display only.
Based in Virginia.
