About the Artist

I handmake dresses from textiles found at thrift stores. My designs combine modern clean lines with vintage details, and I strive to create garments that look polished yet are easy to wear. I carefully consider pattern placement when cutting my garments, and I try to use as much of the source textile as possible (which sometimes leads to unexpected piecing details in my dresses). I use high-end sewing techniques (such as french seams and hand-worked buttonholes) to ensure that the finished garment is beautiful both inside and out.
