About the Artist
I hand dye silk then mix it with other fibers to create a fabric collage. I bind the fabrics together with a satin stitch, making a strong base fabric which I bead and embroider. After creating the fabric, I fashion it into art clothing: capes, coats, wraps, & scarves with matching magnetic clasps.
