About the Artist
Early in life, I discovered the freedom art could bring when my grandmother taught me to knit and sew. The stitches and techniques she taught me are now integral to my design aesthetic and create the textures and lines that define my jewelry. Equally, nature's textural qualities and patterns attract me and foster my work. I love playing with variations of shape, contour, line, and color, favoring asymmetrical and amorphous forms. I use traditional jewelry-making techniques combined with stitching in fine silver and 22k gold wire.
Based in Katonah, New York.
